Class covers pros and cons of your make and model of firearm, tricks of handling, how to break down and clean your gun, as well as what attachments or accessories may be available. Live-fire practice is included. Only available for 1-on-1 training—you must provide your own weapon!
Handgun Competency

Focus is on proper stance, presentation, grip, aim and trigger press with a variety of sizes, styles and calibers of handguns. Looking to actually learn to use your handgun in a high-stress, defensive situation? This 5-hour Fighting Pistol class starts with safety concepts and common reactions to stress. Then it addresses phases of defensive danger, practical strategy creation, weapon selection and tactical shooting principles. Finally class finishes with practical exercises regarding defensive gun use.
