This 2-hour classes provides detailed information about self-defense options and their use. Class begins with lights and alarms that allow you to disorient, distract or deescalate an assailant without the use of force. When violence becomes necessary, class will overview the types of force multipliers, from chemical and electronic options to impact and bladed weapons. Also understand the importance of ranged weapons like Tasers and firearms. Overview the legal rights and responsibilities of using force.

Instead, we offer a comprehensive way to assess personal safety, develop personal security plans, and determine risk. This class teaches everything needed to take control of your life.
Instead of listing what not to do, this class focuses on what you can do. The goal is to take control of your life and enjoy it as much as possible.
This 3-hour class increases your awareness, teaches practical avoidance techniques and shows how to fight (and with what) when necessary. Discuss the phases of defense, types of warning signs and common testing behaviors. Also learn to identify specific risks associated with home, social situations, travel, work or school issues. Best practices for living a safe–and fulfilling–life are provided by understanding individual situations.
